No just a smudge...Sorry about that...No it does not play mp3's I bought this deck from a friend for $50.00 for temp use while I was waiting on my 7700mp to come in.

Yeah its ok.....Everything worked when I put it up but somehow I lost the harness so I am selling AS-IS. But for $15.00 its awesome lol.
