Clarion ProAudio DXZ935 - please tell me its rubbish!

Morning all,

i have just purchased an old 1991 Mercedes 300 SL-24 and am looking to remove the current head unit.

This got me thinking about previous head units i have had and i remembered purchasing a Clarion DXZ935 from Hong Kong when i was 21 (to replace the Kenwood Mask that got stolen!).

The HU followed me to my fathers old Toyota MR2 and when this was time to go (or around £500 from memory), i let the head unit go with it. I fear this may tell you that i know nothing about car audio. Was this a decent unit that i perhaps should have kept hold of??

A quick google of the unit will reveal the spec. I think i purchased it because it looked from another planet!

I like the fact that it had a built-in Dolby Pro-Logic processor. It was a little advanced for most people, but if it was set-up correctly it sound great.
