Clarion dxz735mp or..what ? <190$ ?

I am searching for a cd receiver with mp3 (HU) for max. 190$

(yes,there are many calculations involved,190 $ is MAXIMUM, no 199$ or anything else

looking for the best combination of SQ and mp3 compatibility (VBR,ID,etc ) ;

ill use only 2 amps and im not interested very much in the design , just

easy track acces(mp3) , a remote and NO problems with cd-rw and VBR .

I have found out that Clarion dxz635mp(180$ etronics/190$ ikesound.com) or

even Clarion dxz735mp(good price at ikesound.com : 190$) suit my needs (can even read playlist files on cds / CD signal-to-noise ratio 100db !);

what do you guys think ? are there any known problems with dxz735mp ?

If it comes down to the two Clarions, obviously get the DX735...exact same specs with the 735 able to change colors...

no , it does not come to only 2 Clarions , but i must be in the 190-200$ range max. price ...

i thought about it more and i'm currently investigating some Pioneers ..any advices?

Before you make your choice, check out the comparable Eclipse, Pioneer, Alpine, and Panasonic units.

The budget is really restricting.

The Pioneer in that range is the 5500mp...You could also get the bottom of the line Eclipse deck--the 3403

and comparing it to 7400 ..hmm about 40$ difference and the only real difference (for my uses ) is the bigger screen ...

btw , how is the screen of 5500 ? any owners ? are you satisfied with it ? have you seen the screen of 7400mp and you just want to sell your HU and buy the 7400mp ?
