Clarion Changer Jumping Tracks

I have a 97 Explorer with the Clarion 6-CD changer. It has been working fine and suddenly it starts jumping tracks. It will play a track complete then it may jump ahead or backward several tracks. It does it at the end of every track. I have unplugged the changer and reset the cartridge with no luck. Does anyone have any advice that might solve my problem?
