We are in the Springview subdivision off of Dike Road which is off of Howell Branch which is way east of downtown Winter Park. You must come here to see it. Call if you don't have email 713.609.9652 (which is my vonage phone here in Winter Park)I am located in a subdivision of nearly identical homes called Springview off of Dike Road which runs between Howell Branch Road and Tuskawilla Road in the far northeast corner of the 32792 zip code area. I am close to Lake Howell High School. I am just west of Dodd Road, but I am completely east of Winter Park and I could be almost in either Casselberry or Winter Springs but not quite. I am just barely inside Seminole county, and am closer to other suburbs than I am to Winter Park city limits, but still I have a Winter Park address, go figure.
