yes, they are on the way in the mail, and yes they are brand new.

$700 for the 18's, $665 for the 17's...you pay shipping or pick up in Massachusetts. I paid $80 shipping for 4 wheels, so it can't be too expensive. These retail for $1000 new, not including shipping. High quality chrome rims, not the crap that cracks/peels...I have a set of the 18" Burinis on my Mustang myself (I also have a picture of that...here it is)
