every year my company saves up scrap copper and recycles it around this time of year. then they give out bonuses based on position (apprentice/journeyman/project manager/ect) and the final amount is based on how much they get for all the copper... last year i got $200 bucks for being a first year apprentice but with how much the price of copper has dropped, i'll be lucky to see that much as a 2nd year apprentice now...
