ahhhh the grill my man....let the coals get completely gray before putting the meat on. For thick chicken breasts, you wanna roll or pound the breasts so they are thinner...about 3/4" to 1" thick...only should take about 7-9 minutes per side. I use a glaze of sorts to keep everything nice and moist. 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice, 2 tblespoons of honey, 1 tblespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 2 grated cloves of fresh garlic. Heat it for 5 minutes on medium and brush it over the chicken while cooking....excellent flavor.
