What did you do to lose that much weight? I used to weigh 320 when I was in high school, but was in good shape due to me lifting and playing baseball all the time. ( I know I get it all the time, you didnt play football?) I then went on a huge diet and ate nothing but those smart 1 microvable dinners. Did 3 a day usually and went from 320 to 210 in about a year and 3 months. Then got into car accident, hurt my back, knee and hip pretty good and well never have been the same.
