i cant wait to put it in tomrrow. hopefully my freakin crossover will not be broken (like i thought it was, but i think ive figured out what was wrong - stupid mistake on my part)

I was at the car audio store near my house a couple days ago and they have the baby Memphis Belle and I want it so bad, they didn't have the bigger Memphis Belle though.

Are you sure your car makes 14.4V? Most cars I've seen really make about 13.5 - 13.8. Also most Memphis amps are rated at 13.5V.

I have a 94 corsica with stock wiring still. and according to my dmm I have 14.2~14.5 volts. fluctuating down to around 13.6 on heavier notes. . .

lol. thanks for the replies people. i actually got it in today, and its really pushing some power to my mids. if my crossover was working like its supposed to, my system would be up and running. but it turns out i have to send it to california... so for now, a little 10 (lol... little) and my mids will have to do...

my car is practically a fire hazard, thats how bad the wires look back there.

i still have to finish glassing the box for my IDQ15's and run all the wiring in a respectable manner. i just wanted to test the amp (make sure it was working properly) and see if my crossover was really broken.

oh yea.

i have a kinetik HC1400 (1200 CCA) and 0awg wiring with the big 3 upgrade, its a 2001 saturn.. im not too worried about not getting at least 14v //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
