Cheapest 8 ?

I'm looking for the cheapest 8 inch driver I can find. The only requirements are a QTS between .2 - .4, and a QES between .3 - .4. A low Fs would help too, but I"m looking for cheap here, like 15 bucks if I can.

I'm going to try and build a TL box I think, so I don't want to drop too much on a sub when I'm poor and I'll probably screw up anyways.
