Cheap Porter Cable 18volt kit

i have a 18 volt porter cable kit. it has 2 18volt NiCAD batteries, charger, drill, skill saw, sawzaw, flashlight. The batteries wont charge so i dont know if the batteries are bad or if the charger is bad but i think its the charger. the tools work great. Asking $60 shipped obo. as far as trades just offer up

umm idk. i honestly think its the charger because what are the chances that both batteries go bad. especially at the same time lol
