Sold Cheap 15 XXX (needs repair)

Ok, so I took the 15 XXX out of the box I had it in finally to find out it has a broken tinsel lead on both sides. The voice coils seem to be alright as it makes no noise when I press the cone down what so ever. I know it should not be hard to fix but as I have a new system there is no need for this for me.
