I'd get the vega, only because I have never had experience with one. CVR is a known cheap good sub though. P1, I'd wall socket, and put it on YouTube.

i just odered a kicker cvr-15 d2 and an audiobahn A8002t. the audiobahn claims 800 rms at 4 ohms. as long as it gets near 500 rms,it should get pretty loud.

Those subs are good for the money. My buddy had two 15" comp vr's on 1000watts rms and it was pretty loud for subs that cost $100 a piece.
