You must be new here, Goob wont IP ban anyone, your lucky enough just to see him on this site. Secondly, you need to learn the first rule of CA.com, "there are no rules"
simply put the rules are more or less just guidelines, i mean hell not like mods follow them which then the respected veterans with high post count follow in those footsteps of walking around the rules.
