Charles Barkley, I cannot stand to listen to him talk. Anybody else just wanna reach through the tv set and ***** slap him? Probally some talk about him in the NBA thread, but didn't wanna read tons of pages.

i love him, he knows the game, and isnt affraid to say anything. he was a great player and is a great analyst. i think you dont have a sense of humor. all you have to do is turn the channel on halftime.

I like him as a basketball player, think he is just kinda disrespectful as an announcer. He was complaining about Utah and Houston going to game 7 because he couldn't go to the De La Hoya Vs. Mayweather fight. Saying the other announcers don't have lifes, why because they care about their job and doing what they are paid to do. Why did he become an announcer if he doesn't want to be there?

Also saying the first round is pointless, its just for the teams that can't play ball to get put out. In most cases that holds true, but not the most intelligent response when on subject of a series going into game 7. Sometimes he just opens his mouth before he thinks.

you gotta have a sense of humor man. look how much he does for the NBA and the ratings he gets TNT. look at how hyped out he has gotten the warriors-mavs game. how many people watched him and the halftime show and to see what he says. to try and get people pumped about the playoffs. and to be honest with you, i would rather watch the fight, then a first round playoff game. this fight is huge. but chuck is there for ratings, he is there to bring people in, and share his knowledge throught basketball. i guess you just have to have a sense of humor to like him.
