will it matter if i change the shape of the box as long it adds up to it total cuft? AND If i move the port, as long as the port is the same lenth, volume, ect. will it change anthing at all in performence in my subs?

As long as the volume and the tuning don't change, it won't make a difference to your ear. Might make a tiny difference in a comp system but definitely not audible.
