i got 2 vega series 12's that were in my car when i bought it. they were in a really sorry sealed box. they sounded alright when i ran them off my kenwood 35x4 (only 2 channels bridged) but when i hooked up my nine.1 and turned it up about halfway, they cried uncle. one of them has the coil completely fused, wont move. probably end up hooking up my amp to the other one and see how long itll take that nine.1 at full gain. maybe i'll make a video for realm of excursion lol.

im sure they're nice and all but cmon 1500 a piece? you could buy 6 rl-p 15's and still have some change for that kind of cash. you're telling me one stroker pro 15 could even THINK about touching the spl or sq of 6 rl-p's? they'd probably even take less power lol.

First off, the 'Vega' series were specified for a large ported enclosure, NOT a "really sorry sealed box".

The 12" was rated for 400wrms and 800wmax.

when i first got my stroker pro 12 we plugged it in the wall and it melted the speaker wire.....the most wattage vega ever gave it was when they were designing it and they gave it 32,000watts and then i think it blew
