CDT with Seas tweet?

Ok, I'm thinking about this for active 2-way now:

--CDT M6 mids

--Seas Neo 27TAFCN/G tweeters

If I run the mids at 150w off a 2 channel amp and the tweeters at 90-100 off of a 2-channel amp, and then cross the mids from 65-3khz, and cross the tweets from 2.5khz-15khz, will this blend nicely?

I'm upgrading from edi 6500 comps, and I was wondering if 150x2 mids will overpower the 90-100x2 tweets? My tweets will be in the dash, mids in stock door holes..

The combo should work fine but I'd suggest underlapping the x-over frequencies instead of overlapping. I'd start with the cdt's 80-2500 and the seas 3.2 on up ans fine tune from there.
