cdt hd 3-ways

I am Looking into buying a set of cdt audio HD-642 3-ways for my front stage and they are advertised to handle 150 watts RMS and 200 watts peak. I was wondering if this rating was for each channel, or each speaker. Also do you know of any good amps to power these? Thanks!
