CDT 6X9 component system?

Well I'm thinking about getting the CDT CL-69CX. It's a 6X9 with the crossover box and a tweeter. They want $200 for it right now but it will go up to $250 when the special ends. My question is has anyone heard this system they are producing? How does it sound?

My truck takes 6x9's in the front doors. Would I be better off making a plywood ring and putting in 6.5's? I would think the 6x9's would give me greater range.

I'm also thinking about getting the boston acoustics 6x9 SL series. It rms's at 60 watts which makes me think they may be a little on the weak side.

never heard the Cdt 6x9" but i am using the CL 6.5" comps and love everything about them.

i would say spend a little more and get these Eurosports in 6.5" instead, you will get much better quality sound IMO.

Fosgate T series for that price is the best I see.
