Don't think so....hope not.... these guys sell their stuff about the same price as everyone else. They are an authorized Alpine dealer. I want to give this unit a shot a little later.

does anyone know how the 9887 might compare to the 9835 or the 9855?

Also has anyone heard of this technology Audussey Labs’ MultEQ™

heres the link to the company http://www.audyssey.com seen something like this done in a home audio set up but does anyone know about the interface and control options that the 9887 will have?

Nobody probaly knows this stuff just going to have to wait and see most likely.
