CDA-105 vs CDE-103bt any difference in Sound?

Hello,

I am not new to car audio, previous system had 7995 + pg zx475ti + image dynamics components upfront and idq v2 for sub.

The 103bt looks good since it has BT built in, and this is something I miss not having with current car. But the 105 LOOKS better.

I plan on using an external amp, so I don't care about the built-in power of either way. My question is if the internals of both give the same sound on the pre-outs? I only need a set of fronts for the frontstage and rear for a sub.

Also, can both be switched to AMBER lights to match the cars interior lights?

Nevermind about the buttons - looks like 105 is only blue or red.

Thanks much!

funny, i went the past few weeks comparing the cda-105 and cde-103bt

i ended up getting the cda-105 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif has more options and controls than the cde-103bt

as for preouts, cda-105 has 6 channels, (2 sub, 2 front, 2 rear) compared to the cde-103bt has only 4 channel (2 front, 2 rear/sub) the rear can be switched to either rear or sub

the cda-105 only has 2 volt preouts but the cde-105 has 4 volts IIRC
