cd stuck in radio

any idea on how to take out a cd stuck in a radio, my had unit controls are not workin, only the remote but theres no eject button on the remote. any suggestions or ideas are appricated thanks

u mean the lil tiny button u got to push with a pin? i tried it and nothing, i even tried unpluggin the radio then repluggin it. its a sony by the way, dont know if that helps

its burned. MP3 format but no lable on it, i just marked on it with marker

Its probably a goner. You could try to contact Sony tech support (good luck on finding a phone number for them though). They might tell you another way to get it out.

You can probably open the casing up and manually force it out, but you also might cause more damage to the unit. Do you have any kind of warranty on the HU?

yea i got warrenty but the problem is Wilma messed up our house and all our belongings are in a public storage and who knows where i have that paper in there, right now im stayin at a shelter.sucks. anywayz i guess all i can do is wait.

I've opened up a JVC unit before to remove a CD that was stuck. It was extremely simple, one or two screws on the face (not the faceplate but the face) and I was able to get to it.
