cd player trouble again

i have a factory cd player for now for my dynasty (i still got the kenwood) but when i hooked up the rca converter thing, it makes a bunch of weird noises in the subs and it is sloppy. what do i do.

My **** did the same thing..i ended up buying some Y connectors and taking the hit in the pre amp voltage.
