Sold Cd/dvd Changer

I have a Panasonic 8 disc cd/dvd changer, hooked up to my kenwood 815... I bought it from online car stereo 2 months ago... but sold my deck and am looking for a single din indash with navigation... and have no use for the changer lookin for $250... i believe the changer it universal....
