Cd burner messed up?

Well i have a compaq computer and everytime i try to burn a cd it burns only like two songs or says error close windows or whatever.I use limewire and windows media player to burn the cds off of, is it my burner? is there something i can do to fix it. Also i know its not the cd's because i can burn cds on my other computer

i have no idea this is my parents computer alot faster and newer than mine

mines a compaq also but it actually burns cds haha

well mine used to do that with certain cds and work fine on my other burners, so id try a diff brand cd first

Maybe try a different burning program? Maybe you need to upgrade the firmware, see if there's an update for it, it usually fixes media problems.

Alright, look, I know a very simple, simple way to fix this problem. First, you need to look behind the moniter from and overhead view. Now that you are standing up, remove your clothes and proceed to videotape yourself. After Julie comes over-yeah don't worry she doesn't bite*shoves julie somehow next to her*- you guys can just touch and play and all that nice stuff...

I read the title, and read the first part of what she said and thought "I bet that would be hella funny if someone did that to her in real life" so I figured someone else might find it funny.

i would advise you to stay away from compaq computers in the future.

and jordan i use to live in jonesboro. I grew up in a little town called blytheville thats about an hour away. i lived in j-town for like 2 years.

im haveing the exact same problem with my compaq computer any ideas guys?
