Cavalier/Sunfire 6.5" Speakers in door?

When I first recieved my PG RSD 6.5cs components, I tried to fit my midbass in the door of my 01' Sunfire, after hearing some people did it with their Cavaliers (same car basically, just branded Chevy vs Pontiac.). I cut my own MDF ring, and it never made clearance with my door panel grill.

Well, today I have the day off and think I want to cut my door up, because right now I have no money. I just got 2 tickets, and talked over my minute limit on my phone. I need to pay all this off, so bordom+no cash=ideas.

Can anyone chime in that has worked on one of these cars, and how you fit a speaker in the door?

I'm going out to work on it now, I'll come back in and check the thread.
