are you ****ing stupid?! you must not drive down here or something. try ordering something at MCDONALDS not some hole in the wall off 'calle ocho' when the ***** only speacks spanish. last i knew , this was america with the primary language being enlgish. i shouldnt have to learn a second language to be able to get a decent job just because the **** heads float over here. sure the ones who are over here legally are working good jobs and contributing to society are a benefit. i just think its ****ed up. i cant ****ing wait till i move.

My Spanish is limited, yet I don't have too much of a problem communicating what my crew needs to get done during the day.

While it's true you don't HAVE to learn a second language, why wouldn't you, to better your chances in your environment? Thats the typical redneck thinking that makes the europeans laugh at us. English isn't a primary language in most European countries yet many learn to speak it. Hell, a few are trilingual just to make sure they can communicate effectively in any situation they come across.

You look at it wrong. Instead of saying "why do I have to learn a second language to live here" it should be "I should learn a second language to get ahead around here."

I understand your point to an extent, but if YOU personally can't make them leave or learn to speak english, then do something for yourself to better the situation.

more than likly shit wont change at all. hes been in office for over 40 years , all his borhter has to do it jump in and continue to do whatever they do and it wouldnt matter. if he didnt like what was going on , he would of left castro's side but he continued to stay there.

I'm not saying all Americans are assholes (most Americans I've met are actually pretty nice), but that is the world's generalized perception of America.

As for the trade embargo against Cuba, I think it's retarded that the US has such a biased foreign policy. America has trade relationship with much worse countries than Cuba, but ignores that fact because they have something America wants or needs (i.e. oil, cheap labour, etc.) ...

ive lived down here all my life and make it by fine. i deal with it even though i shouldnt have to. i plan on moving to NC in another year or so.

i understand he can reform , but he could have left. we still dont know whats going to happen , i was just saying. i think hes going to be open to trading more with the US or opening borders or something , but nothing is set in stone yet.

btw , i think castros been dead since he started sporting that adidas track suit back in '06.
