Watched the verdict live this morning. She'll be released by the end of the month.
I kinda wish she did do one more year in prison though. That way by the time she was released, all of you would have completely forgotten about it.

She is being released Wednesday.

How is that possible when I watched the judge set the meeting for the 28th where everyone can get back together and discuss how much time she has served vs. what she has left?

I will believe it when I see it. I have never heard of this charter.net bullshit but I saw with my own eyes this morning when the judge set the date to discuss what your link is stating has already been accomplished.

As did I. They said they had to figure it out for time served and gained time. Apparently they already did.

I cannot believe that one, the prosecutors moved that fast and didn't make her rot a little more, and two, the judge happened to be available before the 28th. When he was reading his schedule off he was busy as all hell. lol
