yes yes i did, at one time i weighed **** near 500lbs and now i weigh 225 +/- 5 lbs and even less once i can afford to have some excess skin removed.

Hey good for you bro. Gratz. It's hard loosing that much weight, unfortunatly for me it's the other way around. I eat like an animal (6-8 times a day) and can't gain any.
