The setup I have is a cadence dca1600 mono amp at 1 ohm going to a skar vvx12 dc2 in a ported box. It's my first install so I'm really just trying to understand everything a little better. I play guitar and am a real gear head in that area so I was kind Of under the impression that a capacitor is the same thing as a power conditioner used in rack equipment. And in that case power conditioners do usually make a difference. My biggest concern was that if I got the 5 farad cap would it show up as uneven or overpowering in my setup. I would guess since its 5 farads maybe it would run a little more stable and do a little bit better of a job
