Can't make up my mind

I've been searching and searching and cant make up my mind on what hz i should tune my box to, its for a ts-w3004spl and i listenly to mostly rap and rock on acasions. I kno its an spl woofer but i read it peaks at lows? i have it tuned to 32hz right now and everything in my car rattles, so im thinking tunning higher for spl (i want my ears to hurt when i listen to it lol) but then i thought mb if i tuned it super low it wouldnt rattles as much?? im so confused

most of the bass hits you like in RAP (I say most on the low end) are around the 36-38hz range. So if someone tells me the litsten to RAP I suggest 35Hz for tuning. I don't know how your going to change the "rattling" in the car as that is a facet of a low end freq, unless the port area of your current box is way off.

the car is gonna rattle until you put some kind of damping material in it
