Can't get into my e-mail

anybody know how to get a password back? i think someone might have changed it.

i cant get into my email account and when i try to retrieve my password, it asks a security question that i didnt put there.

it asks where i met my spouse, im not ******* married!

how do i get it back?

Call the company who provides your email account. Your personal billing info should prove you own the acct.
