actually they made that amp thru the late 90s. they made some nice sq amps and they were too expencive for there time...

That Blade amp reminds me of the older PPI Art series, probably from the same era.

Pyle never really made anything worth talking about. Sony made some very nice amps back in the 90s/early 2000s, you'll have to either look for the "Sony ES" series or ones that are stable down to 1 ohm, those are the good ones.

Sony did make a 2000 watt amp, the Sony XM-2000R, it was the best amp that Sony has ever made but besides the photos on realmofexcursion/ampguts I've never seen anyone with it or have it running, it is ultra-rare and really expensive.

Hell yeah back in the day if you have Orion XTR or especially their HCCA amps then you're like the coolest guy on the block. I had an Orion Colbalt that did 400 watts bridged into 4 ohms mono, it was friggin solid. Linear Power was even older but I guess they quit the business and sold the name?
