only team D.O.A. members can decode it i guess. I'm not a teammate, but I have met them.

I believe he was saying that he got his DD subs reconed in one of his team member's (who happens to be Mexican) garage and he is very excited. A lot of people don't really know about DD stuff outside of the internet forums. He will then get a nice box built for them and be loud like the rest of his teammates. Good job on the recones though. Hopefully I can be a member because of my superior decoding skills.
