Hi, i have ordered the following for my car.

1) Kicker S12L7-D2 12" Square L7 subwoofer with box

2) Directed Audio 600D Digital Amplifier with bass controller

3) Autoleads G3-18 4-gauge amplifier power kit

4) STC-1000 - 1.0 Farad Digital Power Cap

I am thinking of gettin an Alpine CDA-9812RR head unit to go with that, then put 2 6x9 on the head unit for now untill i can afford two more 6x9 and another amp.

do you think im on the right path? Please comment,

the sub as good spl (extra heavy bass) might lack a little in SQ (how good it sounds). what box is it going in.

you don't want to be heard from miles away.

1. it is annoying to some and disrespectful

2. it will get you a ticket

3. bass outside of car = bass not inside of car.

Looks good.

However the money you want to spend on a cap and 6x9's would be better spent on a nice comp set for front sound stage and a nice amp to push the comp set.

The box is not here yet...should be in by tomorrow or latest next week.

I will let you know the details of the box when it comes or post a picture.
