CAN my CAR handle TWO 15" L7's?

i have a monte carlo... can my car handle two 15" kicker L7's if i also have an extra battery in the trunk?.. or jus stick with two 12"?

Your car could handle however many you could fit in the trunk.

Question is, can your car handle the draw of the amps that youll use to power them? What amps are you using?

it dosent matter what kind of car you have. get what ever you can fit. and your probualy going to need some electrical upgrades

I'd think that fitting 2 15s in most trunks would take a decent amount of custom work. It's prolly possible prolly not easy. What year is your monte, I've only messed with a newer one.

its a 95' .. well i jus stick with gettin two L7's or one 15"... will that be loud for a typical everyday car

stick to 2 12"s ported they will be loud enough for any sane person daily 2 15"s will be to hard to fit in the trunk unless you went sealed and those subs are kind of a waste in a sealed box if you want 2 15"s in a sealed box I would check out the cvx instead polecat says they love sealed boxes and they also have the same motor and power handling as the l7

In the right box, hells yea. What ya looking to pay for a kx1200? Oh and I'd prolly just do one 15".

kx1200+15l7 could be had for under $500.

I'd go with 2 L7 12's with the kx1200, and port them...instead of the single 15...

There is no way you are going to get (2) 15" L7's in the back of a monte carlo. I gotta '98 lumina which is basicaly the same car, and the maximum amount of box i can slide into the car is about 5-6 cubes.... which is not enough for (2) 15" L7's.

and you don't want to be closing the trunk on the subs. it's good to have a little extra space back there.
