Can I use all the power out of this Kicker KX800.4?

The spec sheet on this amp say 100wx4@4 Ohm and 200wx4@2 Ohm. I am going with 4 speakers at the corners. Can I run the 2 Ohm load to my speakers giving me 200w to each or will I destroy something? no you cant. you have to run them 4ohm.

what speakers are they.

but you can run a pair of speakers that can be wired at 2ohm (pair of 8's maybe?) if it were me, id run 2 6.5 component sets off channels 1&2 (at 4ohms), and then a pair of 8's off channel 3&4 (at 2ohms)

More than likely CDT HD-62Z's and Boston SL-95's.

Not yet. I for sure will get the CDT components. Still kind of up in the air on the rear 6x9's but the Bostons are the best I have heard so far.

id suggest scrapping the 6x9's and getting some 200w RMS subs and running them @2 ohm off the other two channels. dont waste your money.

get some kicker compVR's in your trunk off channel 3 and 4 @ 2ohm. nice ported box would do your body good.
