I was gonna invest in a 15'' AQ hdc3 sub for a low price of $150. Good deal.

My MTX Thunder 600xd Amp is rated at something like 600 rms @ 2ohms. But i'm pretty sure this is a 2 ohm DVC sub, so does that mean I have to either run it at 1 or 4 ohms? Well, if thats the case, then crap. Cuz theres no way i'm gonna get that and run it at the crap 300 or some rms its rated for @ 4 ohms.

(325 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms (600 watts x 1 at 2 ohms))

Dont hate on the 600 rms. I'm always upgrading.

Anyway, so would i be screwed here? If this matters, he's throwing in his 1000 watt california profile amp, rated very similarly to my amp.

Peak Output Power (4 Ohms): 650W x 1

RMS Output Power (4 Ohms): 310W x 1

Peak Output Power (2 Ohms): 1000W x 1

RMS Output Power (2 Ohms): 500W x 1
