can i do this

as long as there is good ventilation, which there does not sound like there will be, you should have no problem with the amps under the rear seat. i would advise against putting them under the rear seat. put them on the back of the seat in the trunk/hatch.

if your car has buckets in the back, most cars the gas tank is right under the back seat and there is maybe a millimeter of space.

plus... don't you want to show off all of your equipment? why hide the amps? part of the fun of car audio is making it LOOK good too.

no i dont want to show it off, because where i live every day somebody is getting there system stollen so im trying to hide every thing as possible im putting my hu and eq in my glove dapartment

my bad... now i know where you are from. just make sure you have a good alarm system. it will not totally protect you, but it will deter amature thieves.
