About to throw in a system thats going to be hooked up to a zx1500. I know my stock electrical system won't be able to handle and I dont want to deprive my subs of power, but I also don't want to have to go through the whole big 3 upgrade. Can I just throw in an optima yellow top? What will happen if I dont get a new altenator? And if I do decide to get the battery and altenator can I leave out a cap? I heard they just put more strain on your electrical system.

Not really sure. But what would happen if it didnt put out enough..;.which it probably wont
