Camron vs. Jay-Z

man diplomats productions quality is garbage. What do they spit? all the songs they make are the ones that are playin in the ****in teen clubs.
The lyrics have nothing to do with the PRODUCTION!!! The production as in balanced mic levels, mix down, the SOUND quality of the music. . . you do understand that production has nothing to do with the lyrics or delivery or flow and everything else under that correct?

Now record label for record label fella records is better. Come on you know Kanye West is the most lyrically and overall talented rapper in the game right now.
better as a producer then a rapper. . .biggest cry baby though??? MOST DEF

well. . first off, im not a *****. . last time a checked. .

second off, id love for you to quote anywhere in this thread where i said anything remotely sounding like i even like dipset??? In fact, i can stand them. And no i dont listen to club music. . i listen to underground shit. . //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

again, there was never a debate about anyone spitting club music or teeny boppin shit. I dont even know why your bringing it up.

PRODUCTION is how the music is put together. the SOUND quality. . you know. . . beats, mixing, vocal balance over the instrumentals, etc. . IN THE COMMERCIAL WORLD OF RAP, they are on top as far as >>PRODUCTION

READ THIS SLOWLY, and let it sink in. . .

I Rap in the real world. . i battle in the real world. Ive been a fan of hip hop since Fat Boys had any radio play. My knowledge of Hip Hop > Your knowledge of hip hop. So stop trying to kick facts and argue with me homie. . its just not something you will win with me.

o.k. then. . bye bye

Why even brin Juelz into this argument?? He is ****ing arbage, plain and simple. Shit the biggest song he got you cant listen to on the radio cause every other line he puts out is either a profane word or his ****ing name WOW. I listen to music for the most part of the day from 8:30 when i leave for work til 6-6:30 whenever i get home and after that, on my MP3 player, so i would say i know whats good and whats crap. Im a huge Nas fan, i have everyone of his cds, Hova in my opinion just has deeper words for what everyone else in the game says, Nas draws out what he saw and is seeing with his words, something not many rappers can do now a days. Cam ron on the other hand says one thing and then something totally differen in the next line, kinda dont like him that much anyways. Kanye is going to be the next great, he does have some weird songs but when you figure out what he is talkign about it all comes together real good, and his beats are teh shit.

my .02

Kayne? awww man whats that about? If he's the next great then the future of hip hop is dim.

Nas ownz Jay-Z.......Jay-Z hasnt been the same since Reasonable Doubt

hey...Deadbeat, remember MC Shan/KRS1? Rakim/Big Daddy Kane?

now that was a battle...not this commercial garbage
definately. . . Cool Moe Dee vs. BDC pretty much turned me onto battling. .

the thing about it back then, they battled to prove who was the better MC. . .these days, they battle just to try to show how hard they are to sell an image.

The Jay Z and NaS beef. . classic, because they was battle over who was the better MC. .

Biggy and PAC. . . Battling over ego. . . end result, they both die. . Makes the whole hip hop industry look stupid

yea i also believe the hi hop industry has gone down the drain, i like to listen to a lot of underground myself mostly Texas stuff cause these dudes strive hard to make their lyrics sound good wit the beats. I cant listen to a lot of this new music most of it is trash. I cant believe most of these rappers got deals. But it will be interesting to see how Cam ends up

Kayne is a weak rapper. Skillz and Rakim are the best rappers. Nas is great 2. I hate Jay-z. All this dissing giving me headeache. You Mase dissing Puffy. You got B.G. dissing Lil wayne. Even Loon dising Mase and the whole G-unit camp. Battle rapping bak of the day was out. Now its just plain stupid.

DirtySouth I think you need to go to the studio.

So what does everybody look for in their favorite artist? To start off my favorite artist are Outkast, UGK, Devin the Dude, and Nas no particular order but i look for hard hitting punch lines and a mean flow that will leaving you guessing. A good delivery is a big plus and what you talk about is another factor. But the rap game has gone down the drain imoa because if your not talking about killing 50 people in your songs, ****in 10 million hoes, drive a maybach, or got about $1million dollars worth of platinum around your neck and teeth you aint doin shit. But there are sum tru hip hop artist such as common, and talib kwali but they dont get promotion because the rap game has been sold to the industry which tells everybody how to rap in order to sell

When I listen to hip hop, I listen to their lyrics and style.

I like intelligent and witty rappers with a creative edge....

Rakim.....a rap legend...18th Letter the best hip song song ever.....you need to listen to it 2-3 times to fully grasp the meaning

Nas.....smooth and intelligent....Illmatic and Stillmatic are classic

Blackstar (Mos Def & Talib).......I love their flow...very smart rhymes with the ability to own any rapper

2PAC....what can I say? He flows with his music....spoke the truth.....

Inspectah Deck.....poetic and witty....too bad he never was recognized

What, uhh, yo

Just when things seemed the same, and the whole scene is lame

I come and reign with the unexplained for the brains till things change

They strain to slang sling, I’m trained to bring game

History that I arranged been regained by king james

Go to practice, with tactics, when the track hits, theatrics

Women that look like actress the status of cleopatra’s

Stacks of mathematics took the ? ego-a-geatics?

As I find out, what the facts is, for geographic

No time to sip mo’s with hostess, never mind what the total gross is

I rip shows, stay focused, and split cheese, with soldiers

While you hit trees and coast I spit flows that be ferocious

And with these explosives, I split seas for moses

Shine permanently only my mind’s concernin me

Fire burns in me eternally time’s eternity

Followers turn on me they’ll be in a mental infirmary

Determinely advance technology better than germany

Since the first days you know of, till the last days is over

I was always the flow-er, I made waves for noah

From a compound, to the anatomy, to the breakdown of a atom

Some of my rap patterns, still surround saturn

From the ancient hieroglyphics, to graffiti painted pictures

I study I know the scriptures but nowaday ain’t it vicious

Date back I go beyond check the holy qu’ran

To speeches at the altar on, now we get our party on

So being benificent, I bless em with dialogue

They expectin, the next testament by the god

I blow em through battlezones with chrome for chaperone

Blast beats with saxophones one of the baddest rapper’s known

Every country city and borough, sidestreet and ghetto

Isle and alley and meadow theories ferile enough to echo

When it was one mass of land, with one nash’ of man

And the whole mass was ran under one master plan

Since the world’s metamorphis, and the plan is kept in orbit

Turntables we spin off but the needles never skip off it

Rhythms we expressin similar to our ancestors

It’ll answer your questions if you understand the message

From the days of the slave choppers? , to the new age of prophets

As heavy as hip-hop is I’m always ready to drop it

From the mind which is one of allah’s best designs

And mines’ll stand the test of time, when I rhyme

The 18th letter, the prophesy professor

I stay clever, long as the planet stay together

Bring up praise from mecca, make a phrase for the better

In new days to remember, always and forever

(repeat 2x)

The r baby
