Its better being illegal . if it was made legal they would tax the fuck out of it and it would not be as strong as what it is now.legalize weed
There are a few reasons to legalize marijuana, but unfortunately, the downsides are a mountain in comparison to the benefits' ant hill. It seems as though the people wanting to legalize it don't seem to be able to see beyond "tax it and we'll improve the economy" or whatever drivel they seem to hold on to.Its better being illegal . if it was made legal they would tax the fuck out of it and it would not be as strong as what it is now.
If they made it legal, people would still be able to grow it and sell at normal prices, thats why its not legal they will have no way to completely control it and make money off it.Its better being illegal . if it was made legal they would tax the fuck out of it and it would not be as strong as what it is now.
Stop using logic, that has no place here.If they made it legal, people would still be able to grow it and sell at normal prices, thats why its not legal they will have no way to completely control it and make money off it.
Who is to consider what is a normal price and what isn't? Following this logic , then it would be assumed the same thing could be applied to anything that's currently taxed and renewable; Tobacco and alcohol. Tobacco has nearly met or surpassed 100% taxation rates in some states, yet I've never read about major underground Tobacco growing operation busts? Sure there is corruption and crime dealing with anything taxable (alcohol+cigarette running), but to lump it into a sentence about it can't be taxed and fully controlled is just silly. To say that the government wouldn't be able to make money off it because of over taxing which would lead to other illegal untaxed sources and suppliers is possible and might be a problem in the beginning but it would eventually die off and become as commonplace as your friend drinking bathtub moonshine. If they made it legal, people would still be able to grow it and sell at normal prices, thats why its not legal they will have no way to completely control it and make money off it.
"Hey man, my buddy just made this sweet batch of white lightning and grew the nicest crop of Tobacco!"
"Umm, why not just goto the store and buy a bottle of Everclear and pack of smokes?"
"**** that! That costs nearly twice as much with 100% spirit/tobacco tax ontop of state tax! Plus I'm sticking it to the man by buying unregulated and untaxed!"
