On the real though I thought Cali was no permit to carry unless military or something. Its not easily accessible is it?

OP check out opencarry.org there are many good write ups on all the states gun laws this question will be better answered there, here your taking advice on what could be felony charges from who could be a 16yr old giving the advice! Also I haven't really looked into cali other then selling/shipping mag re-build kits over 10rnds to that state but I remember seeing one state that makes you carry the weapon EMPTY? for some reason I think it was cali though!
