alrighty, so ive heard there are internal amps in the Cadillac's year 1994 and up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif , how hard would it be to locate and uninstall one for somone who has never put in a system before, im also looking for a good website/ information on how to do a clean install, i currently have Kicker 1200.1 , 2x S12L5's , Alpine Cda-9856 , kicker KS525 , kicker Zx.350 and some pioneer 6x9's ... do you think i would need a larger alt. i think mine has 170 at the moment.. but any info would help! thanks alot.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Don't know about the 95' Deville but in my 95' Seville STS, it came with the Bose system which has all the amps mounted directly to each speaker so you would have to replace each speaker which is pretty easy. My STS also came from the factory with a 160amp alt as well. not all have factory external amps. i have a 94 and it didnt. i am about to start my install soon as it warms up a little. i think the hard part is going to be finding a place to go through the firewall for 1/0 power wire and hiding the wire and 3 sets of rca's. also i would like to do some kinda mod to get more airflow through the rear seat as they have a friggin wall of metal and computer stuff on the back seat which will block most of the bass. i need to get in there and figure out where i can cut into it and get some air flow. probably going to cut some rear deck away to help too. I pulled the carpet away from the back of the seat and my jaw hit the friggin gound lol. i was like piiiissssss!!!!!!. oh well for any serious spl in this car. i bought the car like 7 years ago and wasnt too worried about it at the time. my buddy has a 95 and he had a blazer and with the same system he dropped about 8 db. thats a friggin lot. he hasent moded anything to get any more air flow either so he could get a few back if he did would imagine. but the look on his face after he installed it. wish i had a camera. lol.
