Cadence vs Cadence....?

Trying to figure out the difference, besides the price (and ohm load) on both of these cadence amps

TXA-3002

and

TXA-500HC

both do 600 RMS @ 13.8 volt

just the 3002 does it @ 4 ohm

and 500HC does it @ 2 ohm

Anybody know anything?
