just thought the v.1 would be cool lol sry but thanks on the exterior examination the inside is nice too it`s about 5,800 square feet total and the house was about 410,000 but it`s my parents

I just turned in the application yesterday evening for my first condo ever. Actually, pretty much my first personal living place outside of my parents home (not including the dorms)

brand spankin new, 1500sq ft, 3 stories, plus a tandem 2 car garage. Not bad for a couple of college students, we got pretty lucky and picked up the last one.
