C.A. shops hustle people?

I hear a lot of horror stories or " noise issue" stories from people who get their installs done at shops. Ive done my fair share of installs and I have never had noise issues that weren't hardware related.

Do you guys think that shops/installers purposely create issues as to get more install hours/$$$ per client?

Not a chance in hell. Working in a shop, you do not want a car to come back, unless for upgrades or other new work. And any customer with half a brain would not pay to fix the noise.
