i dont know bout the 1800s but i run my just 2 of my 5 ap 15001D's @.5 ohms daily no problems and barley get warm! honestly best **** money ive spent. just 2 of the 15001D's are louder than my old Soundstream xxx 6500D on 12V and my old kicker kx 2500.1 on 12V. my kx had an birthsheet of 2960

250 amp alt. big 3 done in 2/0 gauge wire. 2 runs of postive from front to the back in 2/0gauge 2 runs of negative in the back in 2/0gauge. and 2 extra batts.

yea thats what i made sure people knew. i said i didnt knwo about the 18001ds but my 15001ds does.

two 18001d's strapped should give 3500+ rms @ 2 ohm for about 380 shipped..not a bad deal!
